The texts, data, graphics and pictures without a specified source in China Internet Museum all belong to the Museum and visitors can use them for personal learning, studies or appreciation, as well as for other non-commercial or non-profit purposes while abiding by the Copyright Law and other related laws and regulations, and must not infringe upon the rights of the Museum and other right holders. For any other usage of any content in the Museum, the consent of the Museum and related right holders must be obtained in writing and payment must be made.
Reproduction or citation of any content of the Museum must be for rational, goodwill usage in news or free public information, must not twist or amend the original meaning of the content, and must keep the “source” provided by the Museum and assume legal liabilities including those for the copyright.
Some of the pictures in the Museum are derived from CNSPHOTO, some are from the Internet, all copyright of which are reserved by CNSPHOTO and the corresponding websites where they are released. The reproduction is for information dissemination and does not mean that the Museum agrees on the viewpoints these pictures embody or is responsible for their authenticity. We deeply apologize for failing to contact the author for the reproduction of the pictures as well as contents and sincerely appreciate the author’s understanding and support.
If any copyright issue arises from the texts, graphics and audios & videos reproduced by the Museum, please contact us (Email: [email protected]) and we will immediately correct or delete the content if so the copyright holder requests.
For anyone who doesn’t follow these legal statements or use the content of the Museum illegally or maliciously, the Museum shall retain the right to pursue its legal liability.
The above statements, the right to amend and update them, and the right of final interpretation all belong to the Museum.
